Guiding Question: How does cooking nutritious, culturally appropriate food address food justice and food sovereignty?

Duan Ruff, Director of the B/AACC and Jamal Skinner, Executive Director of the Cultural Enrichment Center, will host a cooking demonstration class featuring nutritious, culturally appropriate food to address how colonialism has affected the development of the food system.

Registration is limited to 18 participants.

This event is FREE, but participants must register in advance.
